Your annual maintenance agreement for the InStar RIS provides you with updates to the current release version along with telephone technical support. InStar users can conveniently call our support phone number, send us e-mail and have our specially trained technicians access, diagnose and repair your InStar system via a virtual private network (VPN).

Technical Support is provided 24 hours a day by phone: (719) 457-1950

Email support is provided during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MT Monday through Friday by contacting support@instarsystems.com .
