National Medical Development Inc. has acquired InStar Systems of Colorado Springs. InStar Systems changed its name to InStar Systems International, and welcomed John Wellbank as the company's new chief executive officer. Wellbank succeeds Richard Van Eaton, who is now the chief operating officer.
